Service and agreement

TrackFlow is a business service operated by TechGenies LLC, 2100 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082, USA. Contact sales@techgenies.com about subscriptions and info@techgenies.com about privacy.

You must have authority to act for your organization and agree to the order applicable to your subscription. Deployment, implementation and support details may require a separate written agreement. Viewing this website or asking a question is not a purchase.

Accounts and permitted use

Your organization controls its authorized users and access assignments. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Do not use TrackFlow unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious material, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. Customer organizations are responsible for having authority to provide their project, employee and client data.

Your data and work

You retain rights in your content. You authorize processing needed to deliver the agreed service and configured functions. The applicable data-processing agreement and your organization’s instructions govern customer personal data.

Budget, cost, revenue and forecast views depend on supplied data and configuration. TrackFlow does not replace statutory accounting, tax advice or your organization’s financial controls. Review outputs before acting on them.

Plans, payment and access

Explorer has no subscription fee within the listed limits. Team and Business prices are per person, in USD, before applicable taxes. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for twelve months. Migration services, implementation and custom hosting are separately scoped unless expressly included in the order.

Online payment, when available, is handled by Stripe. Review the plan, number of seats, payment amount, renewal terms and workspace setup arrangements before confirming checkout. The website does not request your card details in the contact form.

Workspace access follows the setup process described at purchase. Contact us before purchase about any required start date. Your order or service agreement governs provision of your workspace and plan capacity.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown in the order unless canceled before renewal, subject to applicable law. Contact sales@techgenies.com for cancellation or subscription changes. We must verify authority before changing a subscription.

Cancellation prevents a future renewal; it does not by itself create a prorated refund. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected. Do not purchase until the order’s service, renewal and cancellation arrangements meet your needs.

End-of-2026 annual promotion

Eligible new Team and Business annual subscriptions paid before January 1, 2027, 00:00 UTC−5 receive twelve months for the price of nine monthly payments. At the displayed monthly rates, this is $81 per person per year for Team and $171 for Business, before applicable taxes.

The promotional per-person rate continues while the same annual subscription remains continuously active. Ending it, allowing it to lapse or switching to monthly billing ends the retained rate. Plan changes require confirmation of the applicable price; additional seats on the same eligible subscription use that subscription’s promotional per-person rate.

The offer replaces the standard annual discount and is not combined with other discounts. Plan limits still apply. Enterprise arrangements are separately quoted. Checkout may close before the deadline to allow payment completion; starting a checkout or submitting a form does not reserve the offer.

New functionality is included when released as part of your chosen plan. Roadmap directions, beta concepts and future integrations do not constitute a delivery commitment or an entitlement to every future feature across all plans.

Availability, roadmap and support

We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability targets, support hours and any specific commitments must be stated in your agreement.

Roadmap content describes planned directions whose scope, timing and plan availability may change. Purchase based on features currently included in your order.

Intellectual property and changes

TrackFlow and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

We may take proportionate steps to address abuse, security threats, nonpayment or material breach under the applicable agreement and law. Contact us to arrange data return and deletion when service ends.

These website terms are supplemented by your order and applicable service agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Material changes will be communicated as required; no website update retroactively removes those rights.
