Make a privacy request
Email info@techgenies.com with “TrackFlow privacy request” and explain whether it concerns a website visit, inquiry, account, subscription or customer workspace. You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy, object to processing, withdraw consent or ask to appeal a decision where applicable.
Include the relevant organization or account name if known. Do not include passwords, government IDs, payment-card numbers or confidential project files. We may use a proportionate verification process.
If it concerns your employer’s workspace
Your employer or customer organization generally controls the project and workforce information in its workspace. Contact them first. We can help route a request without disclosing information to an unauthorized person.
Raise a concern or request provider details

Customer representatives can request the applicable data-processing agreement, provider list and international-processing details before submitting personal information.
