What is included in Explorer?
Explorer is free for up to 5 people and 3 active projects. It includes boards, milestones, Atlas documents, personal to-dos, private sticky notes and basic project budgets. Workspace access is arranged through our team.
How does the annual offer work?
Eligible Team and Business subscriptions purchased before the end of 2026 receive 12 months for the price of 9, paid upfront. The promotional per-person price continues while the same annual subscription stays active. Full terms explain the deadline, renewals and plan changes.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Team is $9 and Business is $19 per person per month. Annual billing is an upfront commitment, not a monthly installment plan. All prices are in USD before applicable taxes.
How do we start after purchasing?
Your order confirms the selected subscription. Our team coordinates workspace setup and access. Contact us before purchase if you need a particular start date, migration service or deployment arrangement.
Does Atlas require another subscription?
Atlas documents, comments and version history are included in every listed plan. Migration services, custom hosting and implementation services are scoped separately.
Will TrackFlow replace our accounting system?
TrackFlow records project costs and revenue, including invoice references. Invoice issuance, tax, payment collection for your own customers and statutory accounting remain in your finance systems.
Are upcoming features included?
New features included in your plan become available as they are released. The roadmap shows planned directions, with scope and availability still to be confirmed; purchases are based on today’s plan features.
